For a new project, we will provide a one-stop full service for customer from consultancy to construction work, installation to commissioning etc.
Or we will have engineers on site to help guide customers throughout the installation of equipment, commissioning the system to its operations.
2 Technical Support & Training
For our customers or sales agent partners, we will provide one or two times training every year. Through the technical documentation, 3D presentations, product and many ways to give on hand intensive training.

Remote control service
We can operate the customer’s computer remotely via internet to install and set up equipment and software for customers, and to dispose of the technical fault.
* Post Service
Under warranty, customers could send the defective components back to Amsen, We will repair them and return to you as soon as we can or we could even supply you with a new one for replacing the broken. Please refer to the time chart of our response to some main components fault.
